Home Inspections can very depending on the size of the house, size of the property and other add on inspections. My goal is to keep your costs of inspection down while still maintaining the accurate description of information that you require.
The Report
I will prepare an easy to read computer generated report, complete with pictures. In most instances your report will be delivered at the completion of the inspection. The Report can be provided on CDROM, printed or e-mailed.

2001 - 2500 sq. ft. $300.00
2501 - 3000 sq. ft. $350.00

Re-inspection: Free!
Payment is expected at the time of inspection. I accept cash, check, or Money Orders.
